YouTube Video: Could Lettuce Cure Diabetes?

In this KSBWTV YouTube video dated November 7, 2007 it was reported that researcher at The University of Central Florida that has created a type of lettuce that could eventually be used as a cure for diabeteslinks.

But then, people with diabetes should really eat more green vegetables, right?
