This is because many people who have diabetes do not receive a proper diagnosis because the symptoms they experience are too mild for concern.
Did you know that things as 'simple' as nausea or fatigue can signal the presence of the potentially life-threatening disease?
Many people may not take notice of diabetes symptoms because so many of them don't seem serious enough to attach to an actual disease...Very often, a diabetes patient won't begin to question his health until subsequent symptoms appear.

With hectic work schedules, limited rest times, and long periods spent without taking notice of our well-being, is it any wonder that we've become 'used to' things such as exhaustion and increased thirst?
This is a crucial reminder that we need to take time out and listen to our bodies, minds, and spirits. Many of us have ignored them for too long.
