Sometimes, diabetes is a laughing matter. Sometimes it HAS to be, or we'd go crazy. You can always depend on my good friend and Type 2 diabetic, Rob Rummel-Hudson, to provide a humorous look at a serious condition. Here is his highly enjoyable 'Top Ten' list, which includes gems like this one:

When you're watching television with friends and family and one of those commercials for Erectile Dysfunction drugs come on and the fat guy starts talking about diabetes, everyone will glance at you. You may very well need to drop trou and show everyone that you're still the one, so to speak.
