I have just been digging in the comments archive and found a very interesting blog called The Diabetic Pastry Chef.
Recently, the current favorite I've been picking from the grocery store is an oatmeal peanut better chocolate chips cookies. I am sucker for chocolate chips cookies, I just get worried I get too much sugar from those. Nope, I am not diabetic but I get worried about my sugar intake sometimes. I love peanut butter too!

For the life of me, I never thought that I'd ever have oatmeals for breakfast. But I have been having those in the last couple of years. Not everyday though. ;-)
Anyways...yeah, imagine my delight when I saw oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chips on the grocery shelve?! I've been buying some ever since. Since I am no baker, it becomes convenient for me to buy the ready-to-eat versions.
Over at The Diabetic pastry Chef, there's a diabetes-friendly recipe of Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips. Woohoo!! It isn't to late to start learning to bake cookies, right? ;-)
Trust The Diabetic Pastry Chef to bring us always diabetes-friendly pastry recipes. SO check the blog out.
