Take The Fruit and Veggie, Over The Fruit Juice?!

I got lost in the web trying to find the original report from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine regarding their study findings published in the current issue of the journal Diabetes Care.
The findings concluded that consumption of green leafy vegetables and fruit was associated with a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes while consumption of fruit juices may be associated with with increased risk in women.
The abstract did not say what they mean by fruit juice. Are these the commercially available ones? Most probably, right? Considering that the link is to type 2 diabetes. I still believe in moderation. What do you think, ladies?
But then the report that more fruit and veggies in the diet reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, isn't exactly new.
