Tai Chi For Type 2 Diabetes Patients

Type 2 diabetes patients should exercise. One type of exercise that could be beneficial to them is Tai Chi. According to Australian researchers, Tai Chi may help people suffering from type 2 diabetes improve their physical and mental well being.
I'm just not too sure that since Tai Chi is a bit on the slow side, will it help lower blood sugar levels?
