Red Meats Increase Diabetes Risk

The traditional Western diet has long been proven to be unhealthy, full of cholesterol and fat, lacking fiber and vitamins.
Red meat is often one of the first things nutritionists urge us to give up. Not only does it contribute to high cholesterol levels; new studies show it may also contribute directly to developing or worsening diabetes.
People who eat a traditional Western diet were shown to develop diabetes at a rate 50 times higher than those who followed a different style of diet.
There is nothing more important than your health, and diet is one area you can control in order to better it. And that's good news.
