On Stiff Legs, Diclofenac Sodium and FBS

If symptoms persist consult you doctor right? So I did. Guess what? I've been prescribed these:
- Vitamin B1 + B6 + B12
- Diclofenac Sodium
Vitamin B1 is essential for the body to be able to use carbohydrate as an energy source as well as for metabolising amino acids. If one is relying heavily on carbohydrates fro main source of energy, the requirements for vitamin B1 are increased.
On the other hand Vitamin B6 is needed by the body to make haemoglobin. Vitamin B6 also helps increase the amount of oxygen carried by hemoglobin. A vitamin B6 deficiency can result in a form of anemia that is similar to iron deficiency anemia.
While Vitamin B12 helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells and is also needed to help make DNA.
Diclofenac sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve the inflammation, swelling, stiffness, and joint pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis (the most common form of arthritis), and Ankylosing spondylitis
(arthritis and stiffness of the spine). And then my doctor asked for my FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar) to be taken. The last time the doctor asked for my FBS to be taken was when I was seven months pregnant. That was 5 years ago and I came out clean. I sort of panicked, not with the vitamin Bs and the diclofenac but with the FBS thing. So I will just go for FBS tomorrow.
Should I be worried?
