On Coke and Diabetes

Over at B5media, Wade Meredith's article at Healthbolt entitled "What happens to your body if you drink a Coke right now?" is gaining so much attention.

Diabetics can't drink Coke, I suppose with all that sugar. I am not much of a coke drinker myself, I can live without it...I swear! Can you?

Wade tells us why:

Have you ever wondered why Coke comes with a smile? It's because it gets you high. They took the cocaine out almost a hundred years ago. You know why? It was redundant.
