Nick Jonas Diabetes Dog Tags to Raise Funds for Jonas Brothers' Foundation

Today, Nick Jonas and Bayer Diabetes Care announced they will be offering limited edition "dog tags" as a symbol of support for people with diabetes. The dog tags feature a lyric from "A Little Bit Longer," the song Nick wrote about his diabetes.
The limited edition dog tags are available through www.NicksSimpleWins.com for a donation of $5. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the dog tags will be donated by Bayer Diabetes Care to the Jonas Brothers' Change for the Children Foundation (CTFC), which provides support to programs that motivate and inspire children to face adversity with confidence, determination and a will to succeed.
The partnership between Bayer and Nick Jonas, launched earlier this year, aims to provide young people and their families with the motivation and support they need to help simplify life with diabetes.

Hi Nick Jonas and everybody its Katie and even though i don't have diabetes i wan't to help the people who do have diabetes. Nick i think that by relasing that you have diabetes it has made more and more kids look up to you and the band. More kids that have to stay in the hospital look up to you and more people can relate to what its like to have diabetes. Please tell me what you think!!!!!!

Hi, everybody with diabetic include Nick. I am going the dog tag. I am not a diabetic but some of my family were. And I think knowing more about the illness and to understand more is a good thing. So buying it is from heart and to help the team to find medecine for the diabetic. And I think if i will be a doctor or rich I will also give much money for the search of medecine.

nick, you have been my inspiration, you have been my romodle. i hate when people make promises and then do not do what promised. but you stuck to what you believed in. so what ever you do i will be on your side. my dream for a while now has been to meet you and help you help people around the world with diabetes.

hey nick. when i heard that you got diabetes a couple years ago, i started crying. really i did. i have been struggling with type 1 diabetes for 6 years now and i know what your going through. i heard that you got the omnipod and thanks to you i now have 1 which makes life a whole lot easier, dosent it?:)? i have 1 of your dog tag necklaces on right now and im just so happy because i just went on to www.changeforthechildren.org and read about how you testifed for JDRF at the childrens congress. i really wish i could have been there. :( so keep fighting for the cure and just to let you know your the one keeps me going and you let me remind myself to never let diabetes get in the way of living a normal life. :)

i love u so much you are inspiration to me i dont have diabeties but my mom does and i wanted to buy me and my mom one i just want to say keep living your dream and keep rocking because you are awesome also i want to help out with people that has diabeties when you announce you had diabeties i was crying i didnt really know what diabeties was until you got it i started to search it up and know i want to help u are the one who inspire me to be a better person and plus u keep ur promises plus your sssssssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute
