Nick Jonas Diabetes Dog Tags to Raise Funds for Jonas Brothers
Today, Nick Jonas and Bayer Diabetes Care announced they will be offering limited edition "dog tags" as a symbol of support for people with diabetes. The dog tags feature a lyric from "A Little Bit Longer," the song Nick wrote about his diabetes.

The limited edition dog tags are available through www.NicksSimpleWins.com for a donation of $5. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the dog tags will be donated by Bayer Diabetes Care to the Jonas Brothers' Change for the Children Foundation (CTFC), which provides support to programs that motivate and inspire children to face adversity with confidence, determination and a will to succeed.

The partnership between Bayer and Nick Jonas, launched earlier this year, aims to provide young people and their families with the motivation and support they need to help simplify life with diabetes.

To learn more about Nick's personal experiences, read his blog about his latest activities and purchase a dog tag, please visit www.NicksSimpleWins.com.
