People with type 2 diabetes are invited to visit www.FaceofChange-us.com and submit their photographs and share information about how they manage their diabetes.
Submissions will be reviewed by Smolan and a team of photo editors to select the subjects who will be photographed and featured in the nationally touring exhibit.
[The Meet the Face of Changeâ„¢ photo exhibit will feature the photographs, and accompanying personal stories, and will travel to major cities this year, culminating in New York.]
The deadline for submissions is August 30, 2007.
