I briefly mentioned what life with diabetes involves. The list however, can be never-ending (from diabetes supplies to test strips) and I did not even mention the big elephant in the room, which is the financial part of living with diabetes.

Yes, life with diabetes is expensive and it can cause a great deal of financial stress. You go to the doctor regularly. You need a regular supply of diabetes drugs (oral or injection). Most importantly, you need the best glucose test kit. Some even needs surgery. Then you have to be on a special diet and we all know that's not cheap either. All of that involves a great deal of money. And before you know it, you are deep in debts.

Maybe debt consolidation can help relieve some of the financial stress? At least with debt consolidation you only have one loan to pay monthly, most probably with a lowest interest rate.
