The fabulous Connie Bennett, who maintains the wonderful Sugar Shock Blog, has written another noteworthy article.
She asks: Why is the American Dietetic Association--supposedly committed to ensuring the healthiest eating habits possible--supporting diabetics eating low-fat ice cream?
As anyone knows, low fat products are almost always loaded with far more sugar than their full fat counterparts. And sugar for a diabetic is bad news.
