Is An Herb The 'Cure' For Diabetes?
Coffee, cinnamon, bitter melon...these are just some of the natural treatments for diabetes that have received a lot of press lately. Now there is another, and many claim it has amazing benefits.

Silymarin, more commonly known as milk thistle, is the new miracle treatment. It has long been used in natural medicine to treat conditions of the liver. Now, Type 2 diabetics are turning to it to improve blood sugar levels.

Fallah Huseini, employed at the Institute of Medicinal Plants in Teheran, said,' We don't know the exact mechanism of action for this effect, but this work shows that silymarin could play an important role in treating type 2 diabetes.'

Which do you prefer to treat your diabetes: traditional medicine, or the natural way?
