Improve Blood Sugar in 10 Seconds
What can you do in ten seconds? Sneeze a few times, take off your shoes, scroll through several TV channels?

Did you know you can also improve your blood sugarlinks in that short span of time?

A new study has found that a mere 10 second sprint after exercise can control low blood sugar in Type 1 diabetics.

A 10-second maximal sprint immediately following the moderate-intensity exercise stopped a further decline in blood glucose levels for the next two hours, the results indicate.

In contrast, moderate-intensity exercise followed by a rest period led to a further decrease in blood glucose levels.


Researchers caution that more studies need to be done before this result can be declared a fact, but it does hold promise. Anything that can improve your health--especially something so simple and healthy--is worth a try.
