Happy Valentine's Day!!

Happy Valentine's Day readers of Daily Diabetic. Wow, this is my first V-Day on this blog.

Happy Valentine's Day!!


If you are diabetic of if at a high risk of developing diabetes, I have only one advice to you this Valentine's Day:

You may GORGE on the sweet NOTHINGS, but TAKE IT EASY on the SUGARY SWEETS (i.e. chocolates)!!

Thank God, I'm neither one. ;-) Ha ha ha!
