Guess what?! What I said in this blog entry was quoted:
The controversy is turning into something of a throwdown between cardiologists, who look after the heart, and endocrinologists, who want to use every safe and effective drug in the tool belt to get blood sugars down.
The Daily Diabetic (www.daily-diabetic.com) spoke for many people who are using or have used Avandia: "The consuming public is just at the mercy of these two camps throwing their own clinical data for us to interpret."
I agree with David. This thing all boils down to you talking to your doctor and following his orders.
