According to this report, people who drink at least three cups of coffee daily are actually reducing their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Those who consumed three to four cups of coffee cut their chances of developing the disease by nearly 30%, studies found, while women who drank up to 10 cups a day or more reduced their risk by 79%. Men who drank 10 or more cups of coffee a day reduced their chances by 55%.
