Diabetes Fit Food: A Cookbook

If you love to cook (and eat) and you have diabetes, it must be a pain in the neck thinking of what to cook and eat.

Even if you do not have diabetes but if you regularly cook for one, you must always be on the look for diabetes-friendly recipes. Or if you wanna have a diet change to reduce your risk of developing diabetes or even pre-diabetes, diabetes-friendly recipes will do you good.
