www.mycareconnect.com was created by Pam Henry in order to monitor her daughter Sarah's diabetes while her child is in school.
Sarah Henry was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes five years ago.

"A child with diabetes might test themselves with a finger poke 10 times on any given day. They have to record the food (and) the insulin they give themselves.
It gives me peace of mind. I've got everything in one central location. I get a text message or e-mail every time activity happens when she's not with me."
